Brittany Mustybrook
Vetrepreneur Franchise Coach
Army veteran, 11 years
Tippi Toes Franchisee
Brittany loves the world of franchising and is passionate about helping veterans recognize their strengths and talents to lead fulfilling lives as franchise owners. As the owner of a successful dance franchise for kids, she knows firsthand the rewards and challenges of building a business and finds immense satisfaction in guiding others through the process. Brittany believes franchising provides veterans with a unique opportunity to create a meaningful career that aligns with their values and lifestyle.
An Army veteran with 11 years of service, Brittany spent most of her military career as a Signal Officer. After transitioning from the military, she experienced the same challenges many veterans face—feeling overwhelmed by career options and unsure of the next steps. After exploring several paths, she discovered franchising and found a career that aligned with her purpose and passions. With her husband, Brett, serving on active duty, and as a veteran herself, Brittany understands the unique challenges and transitions veterans navigate and is committed to helping them explore franchising as a path to success.
Brittany is excited to guide veterans on their journey to discovering how franchise ownership can bring them success, purpose, and fulfillment. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, traveling—whether solo, with Brett, or with friends—skiing, playing pickleball, and spending time with their dog, Bloom.
She is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
