By using the Sites, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older, or are an emancipated minor, or possess parental or guardian permission to use the Site and that you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Sites.

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.  Your continued use of the Site after we post any revisions to the Terms of Use means you accept and agree to the changes. The Site are not intended for use by children under the age of 13 and no one under 13 years of age is allowed access to the Site or any of our public discussion areas, forums and chats or to subscribe to any newsletters.  Unless you are an emancipated minor, all minors under the age of 18 must possess parental or guardian consent to access and use the Site or to subscribe to any of the Magazines on our Sites.

The Site and the contents, features and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by the Company, its licensors or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Monitoring and Enforcement and Termination

We cannot monitor or review all of the materials before they are posted on the Site.  We reserve the right, however, to remove or refuse to post any User Contributions for any or no reason in our sole discretion or if we believe, in our sole discretion, that any User Contributions violate these Terms of Use, including the Content Standards, infringes any intellectual property right or other right of any person or entity, threatens the personal safety of users of the Site or the public or could create liability for the Company. Because we cannot ensure prompt removal of objectionable material, we assume no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications or content provided by any user or third party.

We also have the right to disclose your identity or other information about you to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy, to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation, referral to law enforcement, for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Site and to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Site for any violation of these Terms of Use.

Content Standards

• Involve commercial activities or sales, such as contests, sweepstakes and other sales promotions, barter or advertising.
• Misrepresent that the content emanates from or is endorsed by us or any other person or entity.

We respect the intellectual property of others.  In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), if you believe that any content on the Site infringes on your copyright, please provide the following information to our designated agent:

You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction and venue over you by such court.

Waiver and Severability
