Absolutely, you can bring in a cosigner or partner(s) to join your venture. In fact, having multiple stakeholders who are deeply invested in the business’s success often increases the likelihood of achieving high levels of success. This can include groups of veterans, family members, cosigners, or any combination thereof. The best part is, you can all engage in discussions with your coach collectively, ensuring everyone is aligned and contributing to the business’s prosperity.
All program materials will either be available online or sent to you via email.
All sessions are recorded and available for later viewing in our Vetrepreneur® Portal which you’ll have access to.

A critically important part of the Vetrepreneur Franchise Coaching process is matching you with Franchises that align with you in our six key areas: your why, your fears, current and desired lifestyle, skills and interests, geographical preferences and financial resources. Our process ensures that you spend valuable time exploring franchises that are best suited for long term success and that you are guided and educated at every step along the journey. Conversely, shortchanging our process by going to a “franchise buffet” wastes everyone’s time and does a disservice to both the prospective franchisee as well as the franchisor.
We offer a wide range of franchise opportunities to suit your needs, whether you’re interested in a home-based, brick-and-mortar, or mobile franchise. Our extensive portfolio of 600 franchises spans 15 major industries, offering clients an average of 40 options per industry—making it easier to find a franchise that aligns with your goals and resources.
As proud members of the International Franchise Professionals Group (IFPG), we connect you with top franchises that are designed to help you succeed.
They’re looking for people who can execute their business plans in a local market. As a franchise owner, you have three primary jobs: 1. Lead your employees. 2. Manage the resources of the business. 3. Act as the face and voice of the business to customers and the community.
You don’t need to be all of those things. Few people are. But you must know your weak areas and surround yourself with others who can cover your blind spots. Specific skills and intangibles that franchisors seek include :
1. The ability to follow a proven process.
2. Build, lead, manage and inspire teams.
3. Desire to serve your community.
4. Customer and relationship-focused.
5. Self-starter.
6. Grit and determination
7. Takes advantage of the support resources at the franchisor and fellow franchisee levels.
Sound like what was expected of you in the military?
No! You do need to have the attributes that make for a great franchise owner. But you don’t need to be an expert. (Example: You don’t need to be an electrician to run an electrical franchise).
-You don’t need a business degree or business ownership experience.
-You don’t need an idea for a start-up business.
The franchisor will train you in everything you need to know to be successful in the business and will provide ongoing training and support. Also, just like the mentality in the military, franchisees can lean on other franchisees in the system for advice and support.
