After leaving the Army, Brittany kept coming back to one question: “What’s next?”

A West Point graduate and former Army Signal Officer with 11 years of service, she understands that transitioning out of the military doesn’t come with a clear roadmap—and that career uncertainty can show up again later when something no longer feels like the right fit.

After the military, she became a children’s franchise owner, gaining firsthand experience in what it really takes to build and run a business. That experience now shapes how she works with clients today.

Brittany works with veterans and military spouses to connect their strengths—leadership, discipline, adaptability, and problem-solving—to business opportunities that align with their goals and lifestyle. Her focus is helping clients see options they may not have considered and evaluate them with clarity and confidence.

Her coaching is direct, honest, and pressure-free. She asks the right questions, gives straightforward feedback, and will tell you when something isn’t a fit.

As both a veteran and the spouse of an active-duty service member, she understands military life and the need for both flexibility and stability in building what comes next.

For fun, Brittany enjoys traveling, dancing, playing beach volleyball, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Brett, and their dog, Bloom. She also has a dehydrated sourdough starter in her cupboard that she fully intended to turn into bread… it is currently still waiting for its moment.
