Tifton Coleman is a Marine Corps Veteran and franchising professional with a passion for serving and supporting the Veteran and military community. His experience in military service, franchise development, and nonprofit involvement has shaped his approach to leadership, coaching, and helping others pursue meaningful opportunities.

Stationed in California after graduating from boot camp in 2011, he oversaw helicopter maintenance and quality assurance with HMH-465 and HMH-462 as a CH-53E helicopter aircrew member. His service included three deployments: one to Afghanistan and two to the Pacific.

Following his military service, Tifton began his career in franchising, first supporting existing franchise owners and later helping prospective entrepreneurs explore business ownership at the franchisor level. During that time, he also helped develop and directly managed Veteran-focused recruiting partnerships to connect transitioning service members and Veterans with franchise ownership opportunities.

His passion for serving Veterans extends beyond his professional career. Tifton is a graduate of Mission 22’s 12-month intensive recovery and resiliency program and has been involved in nonprofit fundraising, awareness, and outreach efforts, including raising funds and awareness through summiting Mount Kilimanjaro in 2025. He has also spoken at Veteran advocacy fundraising events and invested in the lives of men, young adults, and students through mentoring, ministry, and community service.

At Vetrepreneur^®, Tifton serves as a coach and advocate, helping Veterans and military families explore a wide range of franchise opportunities with honest guidance, thoughtful questions, and a commitment to finding the right fit. He has seen firsthand how life-changing business ownership can be when the opportunity aligns with an individual’s goals and the needs of their family.

Tifton lives in the Tampa Bay area with his wife and three young children. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him spending time with family, serving at their local church, coaching CrossFit, competing in fitness events, enjoying sports, or finding another adventure to take on.
